Timetabler

Migration & integration

Migration: next term? No problem.

New clients – especially those with tens of thousands of students across more than one campus – are often surprised by the ease and simplicity of migrating to Celcat Timetabler. Though most often done between academic years, we often handle migrations between terms in the same year and even – usually when urgent situations arise – mid-term.

As a rule, the time taken to transition from one timetabling system to another is dictated not by us, but by your institution and circumstance (we just do our best to fit in). In addition, you don’t have to do everything at once. Sometimes, it makes sense to address the urgent need first, then add ‘nice to have’ integrations, later.

Easy integration

A fully integrated system

We have well-practised integration procedures for all mainstream education software products and a great many lesser-known ones. This makes integration simpler and more predictable (because it is rare that we have to integrate with software we’ve not come across before). As importantly, it also makes it easier for us to spot any significant obstacles, right from the start.

“During the tender process Celcat was able to demonstrate the functionality and flexibility Suffolk needs … and that they are as focused on delivering the system on time and on budget as we are.”
